PAYMENTS

We happily accept PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover. The sales tax charged towards your order depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order. Please check your order for accuracy prior to submitting payment.

Return Policies

Web Store Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Homeslice. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at teamsmith.media@gmail.com and let us know which item you would like to return. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package.  For all items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless we have caused the error.

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue an online merchandise credit, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused, undamaged condition in their original package, with a printed copy of your receipt and all necessary return authorization information. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. Discounted items are ineligible for refund. Because we cannot be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.

All Jewellery, apothecary items, sundries and personal accessories are a FINAL SALE with no returns offered.

Vintage Items

Due to their unique nature, all of our vintage goods sales are FINAL. Note that most vintage items are well used, busted, chippy, rusty, or missing parts but that’s what makes them great! So, please view all pictures and read all descriptions carefully before placing your order. Don’t hesitate to contact us with questions and we will gladly help.
 

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from the Portland, Oregon area usually within one to three business days of the order being placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary by destination.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the shipping receptacle/supplies, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. Some items will have a flat shipping fee of $5.00 which will be disclosed at checkout.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving your order.

Homeslice is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. Please contact your local post to remedy the situation.  In these instances, Homeslice is not able to freely replace or refund the item(s). As, once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing. 

Shipping within the United States:

We ship within the United States Postal Service to all 50 states with a physical address. No shipping to FBO or PO Boxes. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered. All orders are shipped insured with tracking information. Orders overs $300 will require signature for delivery.

Shipping Internationally:

Unfortunately, worldwide shipping is not offered at this time, check back often as this status may change…

When you use our website, we collect personal information such as your name, e-mail, billing & shipping address, telephone number, and payment details. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, It is solely used to fully process your order timely and accurately. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.
